Nothing could possibly be worse for an inventor than to have spent years researching, experimenting and developing an invention only to have their ideas used or stolen by someone else.  We stand by our clients, and will fight for them if need be.  Patent assertion is the ability to enforce a patent on a would-be infringer–whether that be in or out of court.
